BDO Resists Keystone Liquidators' Bid For Shield Audit Docs
BDO, auditor of the now-collapsed Shield Master Fund, has continued to resist a scheme proposed by liquidators for access to documents on BDO's audit procedures, telling a Federal Court registrar on Friday that the documents were commercially sensitive and that the liquidators' proposed access controls weren't clear or comprehensive enough.
